Many congratulations to all the above for an absolutely brilliant day’s showing in such a prestigious Shotokan Alliance Championships, and especially to Sensei Adam Cockfield the Association Coach and to Jeff Carson our excellent referee on the day.

Sensei Mick Dewey 7^th Dan and Chief Instructor to SEKU presented Sensei Malcolm Phipps with a special gold medal for beating the toughest opponent he has had to deal with in his karate life – Prostate Cancer!
